• Dimensional Tolerances: Typically, we maintain a tolerance of ±0.1 mm or ±0.2% (whichever is greater) with high stability due to its thin-layer deposition.
• Material Integrity: Parts are checked for full polymerization (curing). as the process ensures a smooth surface finish with no obvious delamination between layers.
• Workmanship: Each part undergoes support removal and surface blasting, varnishing to ensure no "stepping" or residue remains in intricate cavities.

2. Quality Control (QC) Process
• Test Plan & Pre-Print: Printers are calibrated weekly to ensure the surface quality and color accuracy.
• Sampling: We perform 100% visual inspections and random dimensional sampling based on the batch size.
• Workmanship Audit: Each part is inspected under 5500K (standard daylight) lighting to verify color transitions and transparency gradients.

The products concerned are collectible figurines intended exclusively for adult collectors. They are designed, manufactured, marketed, and sold solely for display and collection purposes. They are not toys, are not intended for play, and are not designed or intended for use by children.

Accordingly, these products do not fall within the scope of the European Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC and are therefore not subject to toy-related conformity requirements, including, but not limited to, CE marking under the Toy Directive, EN 71 standards, or any other harmonized standards applicable specifically to toys.

Likewise, the products are not considered children’s products within the meaning of applicable United States regulations and are therefore not subject to the CPSIA or related toy safety requirements.

The collectible figurines are clearly identified and marketed as adult collectibles. Product descriptions, packaging, and commercial communications explicitly state that the items are intended for adult collectors only and are not suitable for children.

Therefore, no lab tests/certificates are required as they are not a toy and not include electronic/mechanic components.

With regard to chemical regulations such as REACH, the products are not designed for prolonged or direct skin contact, oral contact, or foreseeable use by children. When a project performs a buyback, it purchases its own token on the market. After this step, there are different possible actions:

• - burning the tokens,

For each purchase, the revenue model is simple:

• 50% for the manufacturing and treasury to support the ecosystem with a long-term sustainability
• 20% for the $MYONE buyback and added to LP.
• 30% for the collaboration partner with different choices according to the collaboration type.

Currently, by default, MOQ is 500 units (but it can be higher is needed). For some specific limited edition, the MOQ can be reduced to 50 units.

MYONE will supports all costs accordingly to the revenue distribution.

We can offer different variants and limited editions (colors, packaging,
special editions, or bundles). Dedicated themed collections can be created,
bringing together multiple figures and/or packaging for seasonal events such as
Easter, Halloween, or Christmas.

If needed, several prototypes can be produced (photo is prefered but it may be shipped) but most of the time we try to avoid more than one (MYONE will support the cost for each prototype separately).

The final approval (“go”) can be given by the collab, by MYONE, or jointly, depending on what the collab agree.

No permanent rights are being transferred. This arrangement is strictly a licensing of use for each figure agreed together. Each party retains full ownership of their respective
intellectual property, and no assignment, sale, or permanent transfer of rights is intended or implied.

The both parties (MYONE and the collab) are only authorized to use the brands for the specific product design(s) explicitly approved. No spin-offs, extensions, or additional products may be created or marketed under the brands without prior written approval.

The official collaboration is limited to one or several specific product designs, subject to our approval.

By default, shipping is worldwide.

If there are any territorial restrictions, the collab must inform MYONE before to ensure that the specific figure(s) are not shipped to those territories.

In terms of exclusivity, this would apply to all figures officially confirmed between the collab and MYONE.

MYONE retains full ownership and intellectual property rights over the figure
designs, packaging designs, 3D files, molds, and all derivative or modified versions thereof.

By default, each NFT is generated and disitributed randomly by MYONE with each purchase directly by email (to avoid the non-existence of a wallet) after the shipment of the real figure.

The NFTs are always aligned with the universe of the collab (excepted under the request of the collab to include their own NFTs creation or with specific designs).

In all cases, MYONE will never include NSFW (not safe for work) images/words.
