Return policy

Please note that products are associated together with a unique NFT non fungible token that certifies authenticity and ownership. Because this NFT is permanently associated with your purchase and cannot be restored to a new state or reassigned as new, items that include a unique NFT are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the limited cases described below and where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

No general right of return

Unlike a standard return policy, we do not offer a general change of mind return period. Once your order has been confirmed and the unique NFT associated with your item has been issued, the sale is considered final and the item is not returnable or exchangeable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your claim is accepted, we may offer a repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the nature of the problem and applicable law. Items sent back to us without prior contact and confirmation from our support team will not be accepted. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Cooling off period

Generaly, in certain countries, you may benefit from a statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, under applicable consumer protection law.

However, this right of withdrawal may not apply to certain types of goods and digital content, including unique NFTs once their supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal.

This policy does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

If we have agreed to accept a return or to issue a refund, we will notify you once we have received and inspected your item and will let you know whether the refund is approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a reasonable time. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
